Originally from Oakland, California, Melody Rice is in her second year at Oberlin College. She plans on studying Anthropology, with a minor in Art History and a concentration in International Affairs. Her international interests led her to begin an internship with the Kwaaba Foundation in the spring of 2021.
Melody has taken part in Summer Abroad programs, High School Rowing, Oberlin Steel and and Community Service. Melody is an effective communicator, team-player and a fast learner. She also loves to write and undertake research.
